Law firms may tout diversity, equity and inclusion in their glossy brochures. But the numbers and pay inequality speak to a different reality for many women. How can we convince those in power, who are mostly men, to view gender parity as a competitive advantage? How much of our efforts should be spent on encouraging men to identify disparities and speak up?
